Anthony is an educator, systems designer, and leadership coach committed to reimagining how learning happens.

With experience spanning classroom instruction, school leadership, and system-level design, Anthony has led transformative work focused on belonging, identity-centered learning, and equitable access.

He has supported students and educators in achieving significant academic growth while developing models that prioritize both excellence and humanity.

As the Founder and Chief Learning Architect of LEC, Anthony leads the design of learning ecosystems that integrate personalized learning, leadership development, and community-centered innovation.
